          1. Please complete the reservation form by giving us your information as much as you can in a booking form.
          2. We will confirm your booking within 24 hours and send you a payment method form by e-mail please reply us soon as posible.
          3. After recieved your payment we will send you a voucher then, It is mean your booking was comfirmed.
          4. We will not charge you card when we recieved your payment but will be approved 7 day befor check in and charged 7 day before priod to the check in date.
          5. Please print a voucher for use to check in you don't pay anymore of a room charge except extra fee you had use. (telephone,drink,food....)
          6. If your trip has change You can change your check in-out date with out any surcharge and it depend on available room on that period.
          7. Please inform your guest who stay with you in case book twin room because you may be chaged for joiner.
          8. Any cancellation must be informed 7 day before you check in.
* - on the period high season between Nov - Mar please informed 7 day prior to the arrival check in date.
** You should be use your account refund in 6 month if not it will be autometic cancle.
